Metal forming process adopted for realizing the optimum thinness and beauty of the metal material

Having proven experiences in aluminium sheet forming with thicknesses from 0.3 to 2.0 mm, we can produce high-precision products involving many processes on a robot line with 18 press machines. (18 step 1 cycle)
After pressing, we also provide surface finishing, HAIRLINE, SAND BLAST, including surface by Anodize process, and make logo surface such as screen, Laser Mark, Diamond Cut, potting also.
